"ORD/PATTEN--A double wedding in which both brides (sisters) are blushing young maidens from Dry Creek Valley, occurred in San Francisco last week. The couples were Richard BROWN and Maggie PATTEN, and Robert ORD and Ella PATTEN. Two weeks previous to tying of these nuptial knots, the brother of the brides, Charles, was married to a popular young lady in Hopland, Mendocino co. Miss Ludy PATTEN, the only unmarried one in the family at present, will assume the conjugal relation in a few days.
