BEING A SYNOPSIS OF THE LOTS SOLD AT VARIOUS TIMES ON EXECUTION AGAINST THE CITY, WITH THE REDEMPTIONS THAT HAVE BEEN MADE BY THE COMMISSIONERS OF THE FUNDED DEBT.
The first judgment under which sales of city property has taken place was the judgment of Peter Smith vs. The City of San Francisco, rendered in the Superior Court of the city, on the 25th day of February, 1851, for the sum of $19,239, with interest at 3 percent, per month from the time of rendition. A certified copy of the same was filed in the office of the County Recorder of this county, on the 14th day of March, 1851, at five minutes before 12 o'clock, M. On this judgment execution was issued on the 8th day of March, 1851, and on the 8th day of July succeeding a Sheriff's Sale to place of property as follows:

The second Judgment under which sales of city property have taken place, was the Judgment of Peter Smith vs. The City of San Francisco, rendered on the 4th day of March, 1851, for the sum of $45,538, bearing interest at the rate of three percent, per month from the time of rendition. A certified copy of the same was filed in the office of County Reporter of this county on the 14th day of March, 1851, at five minutes before 12 o'clock, M. On this Judgment execution was issued on the 10th day of March, 1851, and on the 14th day of June, 1851, a Sheriff's Sale took place, as follows:
