Submitting a notice:
- Subject: In the subject box, indicate the primary surnames in capitals if not too many, otherwise indicate "Multiple surnames".
- Text: Add the text as it was written. Capitalize SURNAMES. If you wish to add notes, place them in brackets; e.g. [Note: This was my grandmother.].
- Reference: There must be a source! A notice is no good if you can't find it again.
- Proof: Read over what you've written for errors.
EXAMPLE:
Subject: ABRAHAM
Message: "ABRAHAM--In this city, October 10, 1893, to the wife of Nate ABRAHAM, a daughter."
