Trying to trace my father's uncle Thomas (F) Burke - born c1874, immigration to US in 1891. Lived at 433 Noe Street in 1900. I have discovered a census record with a Thomas Burke - year of birther c 1874, year of immigration 1891 - in Folsom Prison. Is there any wasy to confirm that these are one and the same?

Any advice appreciated.
