: Seth Klinger was my grandfather. He married my grandmother, Genevieve Newman, and took over the business from her father, along with her brother, my (great)Uncle Frank.

: I visited the store in Stonestown a couple of times while I was growing up, but we lived in FL. and rarely visited CA.

: I don't know when the store closed or the company folded, though I can ask my dad if that would be helpful. My grandfather, Seth Klinger, died in 1983.

I have a piece of furniture mfg by Frank Newman approximately 1940's which I am restoring. If you would like a photo when it is finished I would love to send it to you. Need a snail mail address as I am not well versed in computers. The cabinet is a 6 drawer cabinet with a large outside door.
