I didn't find anything yet in the newspapers about aviation, but the racetrack appeared to still have existed in 1910.

"By 1910, the track stood barren and deserted. It was completely phased out for racing when the land was bought by the Urban Realty Development Co. which proceeded to create Ingleside Terraces."

Source: "The racing crowd once flocked to Ingleside Track", The S.F. Progress, 3 November 1978, page 3.

"In 1912, the whole shebang except the clubhouse (razed in '30) was leveled..."

Source: "A Lap Around an Old Track", by Scott Ostler, 28 August 2000, page 2?

Another newspaper article about the history of the Ingleside Track:

"The Whim of Fate and the Speed of the Horse." West Portal Monthly, June 1991.
