San Anselmo Girl Bequeathed $5,000
James F. Leahy, San Francisco business man died July 25. His will filed Monday in San Francisco, left over a million dollars to friends and relatives, and institutions. Included in the will is Miss Marie Josephine Gagan, of San Anselmo, daughter of an old time friend, Charles Gagan, Federal Court reporter, who died last February from injuries received in an auto accident.
Miss Gagan is left $5,000, 200 shares of Simmons Co. common capital stock and in addition he ordered cancelled a note for $12,500, executed by her parents eight years ago.
Helen Gagan Walsh, of Ross, was left $1000 and 50 shares of Simmons Co. common capital stock. Suzette Gagan Mills of San Anselmo receives $1000 and 50 shares of Simmons stock.
