Mrs. Mary Hawkins Files for Letters in Estate of Mother
Mary Eugenia Hawkins has filed a petition in the Superior Court asking for letters of administration in the matter of the probate of the will of Cecilia I. Bogle, wife of Eugene E. Bogle, well known electrician. Mrs. Bogle passed away on the first of March of this year, and left a will dated the 27th of February, 1935. Mrs. Hawkins, her daughter, is mentioned in the will as executor of the estate.
The devisees under the will are given as the husband, Mrs. Hawkins, Edwin C. Bogle, a son living in Shanghai, China, and Mar Shaw, a sister of the decedent. The estate consists of real property on Grand Avenue, San Rafael, and Richmond; interest in Bogle’s Electrical Works, cash, jewelry and silverware, stock and etc. with an estimated value given not to exceed $20,000.
