Anyone remember Clear Water Ranch

During the late 1958 till 1961, I was at a ranch for children (age 9-11)... It was run by a older women, whom had a grandson name Bill.... My counselor was Barbra, the girls names were, Debbie, a black blind girl, Karen, Nancy... The favorite foods were cooked in the main cafeteria (Chocolate Pudding Cake).... Donkeys for riding, hikes in the grassy hill, pool man made in the river, boys camp was nestled in the trees... We had a small parade in town, our float was Native American... Bill (Calgan?) I am hopping someone remembers & have the name of the women whom ran the place. I also remember the Ocean/Beach was not far.... The guys were Eric, Tim.... We had a huge trampoline later turned fort under ground... A tree with a Tire for a swing, which lead to a trail to swimming area..... I hope some one in this county can help find some of these people..
