Jim, I checked the 1930 census and found William W. Richardson, age 43, born CA, with a wife Ruth E., 34, and children Donald E., 11, Jean M. 8, Gaden W., 5, living in San Rafael. I think this is a som of George and Mary.

And in Petaluma, Sonoma Co. in 1930 is a George J. Richardson, age 38, born CA, with his wife Nola M., age 32.

Gaden Richardson, born June 22, 1924 CA, died in Santa Clara Co., April 1, 1948. I don't know if he married and had a child (he was young), but a William Gaden Richardson married in Marin County on Sept. 1, 2002 to Jennifer Lynne Damberger. The name Gaden is unusual, so I feel sure there is a connection of some sort.

A Donald E. Richardson, born FEb. 21, 1919 CA, died in San Francisco on Aug. 26, 1969. This may well also be a son of George and Mary.

You can contact the San Francisco Public Library on Larkin Street and request an obit for Donald E. Enclose a SASE and give them the name and date of death.
