Hi Carol,
If records are available, I don't know where they are housed. I suppose you could contact the Presbyterian Church. However, admissions to both of the Marin orphanages were published in the paper for a time and I have copied the ones for 1910. I can at least tell you if the person you seek was admitted that year.
