im trying to get information on jose f. garcia. im the fiance of his nephew jaime. his nephew wants to be able to write him, and be able to contact him. he was a baby the last time that he got to see his uncle. he wants to be able to let his uncle know that he hasnt forgot about him. he talks about what he remembers of his uncle. but he wants to be able to get to know him more than what he remembers.
