LARKSPUR CITIZEN ANSWERS CALL
At the age of seventy-nine years, John Foley, respected citizen of Larkspur for many years, died at his home in that place April 16. Although his health had been good until within a few months, death was due to advanced age.
The funeral was held Monday at the late home of the deceased, after which the cortege proceeded to St. Anselmo’s church in San Anselmo, where mass was said. Mr. Foley was a member of San Rafael Council No. 1292, Knights of Columbus, a large representation of which attended the funeral. The interment was private.
The deceased was the husband of Mrs. Fannie Foley, and the father of John T., Sarah F., and Walter T. Foley.
