lot of land being a part of a Spanish Grant of land known as the Briones Grant in the town of Bolinas .... being a portion of that part of said Grant, devised by the will of the late Gregorio Briones to Ramona Briones, said tract of land being 100 feet by 140 feet and beginning at the northwesterly corner of the Bridge crossing Gregorio Creek near E. Levy's store and following along the fence 140 feet, thence westerly 100 feet, thence southerly 140 feet, thence 100 feet to the place of beginning ..
