Are the censuses/padrons for Los Angeles, years 1816, 1836, and 1844, on-line anywhere? (They were evidently transcribed and published in the *Quarterly* of the Historical Society of Southern California in, respectively, their volumes 43 [1961], 18 [1936], and 42 [1960]; if anyone has a scan of the sections in question and could send it to me, it would help me out a great deal.)
