I, Allen White, am a genealogy enthusiast. I am searching for Bertha Rado Raphael born in Alameda County in 1919 or 1920 and married Raymond Theodore Raphael in 1939 and he died in 1946. I assume she remarried and I am looking for her whereabouts.
